Why Barack Obama lied to us about change?
I was university student and voted for Barack Obama on Feb 5th because I wanted change.
Now I am fresh out of university, and had to accept a job at Wal*Mart at check out register, because every company in my field is downsizing in anticipation of new anti-business laws.
Obama proved to be common politicain on payroll of big business and lawyers and uniouns, so much for change. Frankly, I feel like a piece of toilet paper used and then disposed by Barack Obama.

Hey hypersqirrel, Take an economics class. Look up the definition of that word. Your wrong were not in a recession yet. We may not even get to one. If you don’t think Companies are scared of their taxes being rased and are acting accordingly your nuts! BTW the word that describes what we are in is Stagflation.

I don’t know why they think that taxing the rich business owners like crazy is going to help when those rich business owners provide jobs for everyone else.
the answer is simple. obama is a politician. ALL politicians are LIARS. no matter what party they belong to. the call to power, which is what political office is, has turned many an honest person into, well, just another politician. why else would they fight so hard to get such an ill paying job? at least to hear them tell it. what a joke.

Now, now, you were just young and stupid then. Now you have to look a little deeper, and realize that everything coming out of Obama’s mouth is lies. He’s obviously trying to hide something, why else would he look down every time he speaks, or not be willing to have a town hall debate with McCain? The answer is that there is a lot he is trying to hide, he does not want to be president simply to better America.

Raina H – No, not buy technology… *make* technology. Be an engineer. The demand is high for good engineers (or any engineers). Solutions need to be discovered and created and those solutions ALWAYS need engineers. I can’t afford what I’m designing (nor do I require it in my average American life) but other businesses (such as process industries like oil companies or the military) do buy them.
No one is hiring right now, this has been the theme for the past 7 years. If you want the theme to continue vote McSame. Companies have shipping jobs overseas for years, we dont see anyone focused on creating jobs here. I have been working in High Tech for just under a decade, and I haven’t even considered a recent grad for a long time because most of them have been the children left behind anyways – apparently you are no different.
