What Did Barack Obama Say About The Republicans?
What did Barack Obama say about the Republicans? I just read a big article about how Barack Obama said something nice about Republicans and Ronald Reagan and it made some other Democrat politicians upset. The whole article talked about those other politicians but didn’t say what Barack originally said. What did he say?

Obama told the Reno Gazette-Journal editorial board Monday that:
“Reagan changed the trajectory of America in a way that Richard Nixon did not and in a way that Bill Clinton did not. He put us on a fundamentally different path because the country was ready for it,”
and
“I think it’s fair to say that the Republicans were the party of ideas for a pretty long chunk of time there over the last 10 to 15 years in the sense that they were challenging conventional wisdom,”
That was all I could find, if that all he said I don’t think it is bad, he is talking about change, I can see his point.
It is just more attack crap.

he said, as usual, they were racists.
He said “I have no chance of winning this election, so maybe if I am nice to republicans, they will vote for me, even though I’m dumb as dirt and don’t know jack about running a country, and boo hoo, I made a bad statement against the Clintons that was false, and the owner of BET retalled by pointing out the fact that I did drugs in my youth.”
